I am Abdiel, a wedding and portrait photographer & videographer based in Dallas Texas and available for travel world wide. It is quite simple and surreal, I get to document couples' love stories, make new friends and enjoy every step of the way.

My first wedding was photographed in 2017. It was a confusion on both my and the clients end. At the time I had started renting out my photo booth, at first I thought that is what the inquiry was for. However the couple was wanting wedding photography. In my love for adventure and trying new things I agree to photograph their wedding. I am extremely grateful for that confusion, it was the catalyst that allowed me to find my passion for wedding and event photography. I prepared so much for that wedding and although I loved photography since my youth, the preparation for this wedding allowed me to see I had a genuine love for documenting the important moments in life. The moments that cannot be physically quantified but hold so much value to us and are irreplaceable.

I officially kicked off my wedding & portrait photography career in 2018 and went full time mid pandemic in 2021. For the past 5 years I have continued to develop my skills and love for wedding photography. Fine-tuning my style to what I now like to describe as classic, timeless and elegant. A photojournalistic approach to document the real, raw and unfiltered moments of the wedding day.

 

Now our team consist of 4 fantastic photographers & videographers, my beautiful wife, our two amazing associate shooters and of course, myself.
